| Has one of the following: Completed a Primary Treatment or Detox Program, Court Referral for Chemical Dependency, or currently involved in an Intensive Outpatient Program. |
| Age 21 or older. (18-20 will be considered on a case by case basis.) |
| Must be able to support yourself financially either through employment or other financial support. |
| May be in college or other educational program. |
| Needs a structured, supportive, secure, and predictable environment to maintain sobriety before returning to family or independent living. |
| Has the ability to function in a community environment. |
| Has no history of violence; current or pending. |
| Has no severe medical problems that would interfere with participation at ALR of Georgia |
| Is motivated for recovery and is willing to follow facility guidelines and recovery plans. |
| If dual diagnosis where medications are involved, must be able to take medications responsibly and maintain contact with current physician as scheduled. |
| Has resources to pay admission fee and weekly rent. |
